In the event you supply us with a previously digitized design, we MUST run a sew out for you at a rate of $15.00. It is mandatory that a sew out be performed on customer supplied embroidery files. Variances in sew out results are typical between machines based on how they are digitized. A design that was digitized for one machine may run differently on another machine. In the event sew out results yield an unexpected result; tape edits will be charged at a rate of $25.00. Midwest Hot Mess is not responsible for sewing results on customer supplied DST files.

Midwest Hot Mess requests that customers must supply two additional hats for sew out purposes on new orders. Sew out quality may vary from previously embroidered if order was made with another embroidery house. If the customer does not provide extra hats, the customer will accept full responsibility for the production if products do not match the original sample customer has provided.

Complex orders with multiple locations or large stitch counts may require additional production. You will be notified as soon as possible in the event our standard production timeline needs to adjust to accommodate the complexity of your order.

Digitized pictures for embroidery are a 1-time fee of $20. (Once item is digitized, it is yours to keep).
